名中医王昌俊治疗肺癌用药规律分析

Analysis of the Laws of Treatment of Lung Cancer by Famous Chinese Medicine Wang Changjun

目的探索和总结名中医王昌俊教授中药治疗肺癌的用药规律。方法拟定处方纳入标准,收集整理王昌俊教授辨证治疗肺癌的中药门诊处方,采用频数分析法统计处方中单味中药及药物类别的使用频次,并运用因子分析法筛选出若干主要药味,概况其功效作用。结果按处方纳入标准,筛选肺癌处方185张,共涉及中药162味,按照功效不同主要分为16类,以补益药、清热药、化痰药、祛瘀通络药、理气药、解表药、活血化瘀药等为主;常用中药通过主成分分析概括归纳出王昌俊教授治疗肺癌的常用中药功效为益气养阴、行气健脾、化痰散结、清热解毒、凉血散瘀、攻毒散结、补肾和胃。结论王昌俊教授治疗肺癌谨守"正虚邪实"的病机本质,在补气行气、化痰散结的基础上,注重行气通腑,辨证运用清热解毒、凉血散瘀、攻毒散结等治法。

Ojbective To study and summary the laws of Chinese medicine application in treating lung cancer of famous Chinese medicine professor WANG Changjun.Methods Formulated standards for prescription inclusion and collected the medical records of outpatients of professor Wang changjun,and then applied the frequency analysis to summary the laws of drugs and drugs’categories.Furthermore,applied main ingredient analysisto sift the main medicine and summarize their effect.Results According to the prescription,185prescriptions for lung cancer were screened,involving162flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the efficacy,they were mainly divided into16categories,such as tonic medicine,heat-clearing medicine,phlegm-removing medicine,phlegm-passing medicine,qi medicine,and remedy medicine.The main ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine are summarized by principal component analysis.It is summarized that Professor Wang Changjun’s commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for treating lung cancer is Yiqi Yangyin,Qiqi Jianpi,Huayu Sanjie,Qingrejiedu,Liangxue Sanyu,Attacking and dispersing,tonifying the kidney and stomach.Conclusion Professor Wang Changjun treats lung cancer with the essence of the pathogenesis of“Zhengxue and evil spirits”.On the basis of qi and qi and phlegm and stasis,he pays attention to qi and qi,and uses syndromes to clear away heat and detoxify,cool blood and disperse phlegm,and attack poison.
