腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病对比研究

Comparative Study of Laparoscopic and Open Surgery for Uterine Fibroids with Diabetes

目的探讨腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病的效果。方法选取2017年6月—2018年6月该科收治的子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者52例,随机分为2组各26例,观察组给予腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,对照组给予开腹手术。结果观察组手术前后FPG差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组FPG术后较术前明显增高(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量、排气时间、住院时间、并发症明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者采用腹腔镜手术,具有损伤小,并发症少、恢复快、利于血糖控制等优点,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic and open surgery on uterine fibroids with diabetes.Methods A total of 52 patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes mellitus admitted to the department from June2017to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:26 patients each.The observation group was given laparoscopic myomectomy and the control group was given open surgery.Results There was no difference in FPG between the observation group before and after operation(P>0.05).The FPG of the control group was significantly higher than that before operation(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding,exhaust time,hospitalization time and complications were significantly less in the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is used in patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes.It has the advantages of less damage,less complications,quick recovery,and good blood glucose control.It is worthy of application.
