利用无缝隙护理提高糖尿病住院患者健康知识掌握情况、血糖控制效果

Improving the Health Knowledge and Blood Glucose Control Effect of Inpatients with Diabetes by Using Seamless Nursing

目的讨论在糖尿病住院患者护理中采用无缝隙护理的效果。方法现随机选取2017年1月—2018年1月该院收治的糖尿病住院患者共100例。该次按照随机字数表法的形式将其分成两组,实验组患者50例和对照组患者50例。其中对照组患者实施常规护理,实验组50例患者实施无缝隙护理。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果对照组的护理满意率为72%、实验组的护理满意率为98%,实验组的护理满意率与对照组相比较要高于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者对糖尿病认知情况、血糖控制率优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病住院患者中采取无缝隙护理方式能够提高护理效果以及护理满意率,值得临床推广和使用。

Objective To discuss the effect of seamless nursing in the nursing of patients with diabetes.Methods A total of100hospitalized patients with diabetes admitted to the hospital from January2017to January2018were randomly selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random word table method,50patients in the experimental group and50patients in the control group.Among them,the control group received routine care,and50patients in the experimental group performed seamless care.Compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was72%,and the nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was98%.The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.Between the two groups,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05);the cognitive status and blood glucose control rate of the experimental group were better than the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of seamless nursing in patients with diabetes can improve the nursing effect and the satisfaction rate of nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
