摘要
管线抗震性校核是管线设计的重要内容。基于GB/T 50470—2008《输送管道线路工程抗震技术规范》,分析了管线抗震校核的必要性,介绍了抗震校核的指标、方法及步骤,着重讨论了埋地管材的选择范围和管道稳定性判断依据,并结合工程项目实例对一般埋地直管和弯管的拉伸应变与压缩应变进行了分析计算及对比。结果表明,项目一般埋地直管和一般埋地弯管的抗拉伸性都很好;相对直管,弯管的抗压缩性较差。
Earthquake resistance checking is an essential part of pipeline designing.Based on GB/T50470-2008Seismic Technical Code for Oil and Gas Transmission Pipeline Engineering,the paper analyzes the necessity of seismic resistance checking of pipelines,introduces the indices,method and procedures of seismic resistance checking,focuses on discussion of the selection scope of underground pipe and the basis for judging the pipeline stability,and analyzes,calculates and compares the tensile strain and compressive strain of the underground straight and bending pipes with actual projects as examples.The result shows the tensile property of the underground straight pipes and bending pipes is usually good and the resistance property of bending pipes to compression is worse than that of straight pipes.
