动态心电图在糖尿病性冠心病患者诊断价值分析

Diagnostic Value of Dynamic Electrocardiogram in Patients with Diabetic Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨糖尿病性冠心病患者应用动态心电图监测的临床诊断价值。方法临床纳入该院2014年12月—2016年12月收治的80例糖尿病性冠心病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法进行分组,对照组40例(应用常规心电图ECG进行监测),观察组40例(应用动态心电图DCG进行监测),观察两组心肌缺血检测情况,评估两组心律失常诊断情况。结果对照组心肌缺血总检出率为52.50%,观察组则为90.00%,观察组心肌缺血总检出率更高(P<0.05);对照组房性心律失常、房性心律失常、房性心律失常和窦性静止与窦房传导阻滞诊断率均低于观察组,观察组心律失常诊断率更高(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病性冠心病患者应用动态心电图监测心肌缺血检出率得到提升,心律失常诊断率也更高。

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring in patients with diabetic coronary heart disease.Methods80patients with diabetic coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from December2014to December2016were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table.40patients in the control group(using conventional ECG ECG)and40patients in the observation group(using dynamics electrocardiogram DCG),the myocardial ischemia test was observed in both groups,and the diagnosis of arrhythmia was evaluated.Results The total detection rate of myocardial ischemia was52.50%in the control group and90.00%in the observation group.The total detection rate of myocardial ischemia was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The atrial arrhythmia and atrial arrhythmia in the control group.The diagnostic rates of atrial arrhythmia and sinus rest and sinus block were lower than those in the observation group.The diagnosis rate of arrhythmia was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of myocardial ischemia by dynamic electrocardiogram is improved in patients with diabetic coronary heart disease,and the diagnosis rate of arrhythmia is also higher.
