地佐辛联合舒芬太尼对糖尿病患者术后镇痛效果的影响

Effect of Dizocine Combined with Sufentanil on Postoperative Analgesia in Diabetic Patients

目的探讨地佐辛联合舒芬太尼对糖尿病患者术后镇痛效果的影响。方法选取2017年8月—2018年8月该院进行手术的糖尿病患者46例,随机分为两组,各23例,观察组给予地佐辛联合舒芬太尼,对照组给予舒芬太尼,比较镇痛效果。结果观察组术后4、8、12、24、48 h各时间点VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后FPG、不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛联合舒芬太尼对糖尿病患者术后镇痛效果好,不良反应少,对血糖无明显影响。

Objective To investigate the effect of dizocine combined with sufentanil on postoperative analgesia in diabetic patients.Methods46patients with diabetes mellitus who underwent surgery from August2017to August2018were randomly divided into two groups,23patients each.The observation group was given dizocine combined with sufentanil,and the control group was given sufentanil.Compare the analgesic effect.Results The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at4,8,12,24,and48h after operation,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of FPG and adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dizocine combined with sufentanil has good postoperative analgesia effect on diabetic patients,with less adverse reactions,and no significant effect on blood glucose.
