氯沙坦、氨氯地平在高血压伴糖尿病治疗中的效果

Effect of Losartan and Amlodipine in the Treatment of Hypertension with Diabetes

目的探究氯沙坦、氨氯地平在高血压伴糖尿病治疗中的效果。方法将2017年1月—2018年1月收治的92例高血压伴糖尿病患者随机分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=46),对照组采用口服氯沙坦治疗,观察组使用氯沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组的血糖、血压水平比对照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的总有效率比为97.82%:78.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦、氨氯地平在高血压伴糖尿病治疗中的效果良好,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of losartan and amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension with diabetes.Methods92cases of patients with hypertension combined with diabetes from January2017to January2018were randomly divided into two groups with46cases in each,the control group took the losartan orally,while the observation group were treated with losartan combined with amlodipine,and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood glucose and blood pressure levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were obvious(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the two groups was respectively97.82%:78.26%,and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of losartan and amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension with diabetes is good,which is worth clinical promotion.
