糖尿病患者骨科手术围手术期的临床护理与分析

Clinical Nursing and Analysis of Diabetes Patients with Surgery in the Department of Orthopedics During the Perioperaitve Period

目的探讨糖尿病患者骨科手术围手术期的临床护理方法与效果。方法随机将该院2015年4月—2016年4月期间收治的糖尿病骨科手术患者106例分为两组,其中对照组采用常规护理,而观察组则运用针对性护理,对比分析两组护理效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组并发症发生率低,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,两组的切口愈合时间、术后血糖控制时间以及患者满意度评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予糖尿病骨科手术患者围手术期针对性护理可以预防并发症。

Objective To study the clinical nursing method and effect of diabetes patients with surgery in the department of orthopedics during the perioperaitve period.Methods106cases of patients with diabetes and orthopedic surgery in our hospital from April 2015to April 2016 were selected,the control group used the routine group,while the observation group used the targeted nursing,and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was obvious(P<0.05),at the same time,the differences in the incision healing time,postoperative blood glucose control time and satisfactory degree score of patients were obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing of diabetes patients in the department of orthopedics in clinic during the perioperative period can prevent the complications.
