糖尿病肾病患者血液透析的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Hemodialysis of Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的分析糖尿病肾病者临床血液透析护理体会,为后期护理工作提供参考。方法回顾性分析2016年1月—2017年4月期间医院收治的35例糖尿病肾病(DN)者,行血液透析治疗期间护理情况,所有患者根据其具体病情给予相应护理,统计护理期间患者并发症发生情况,比较护理前后患者焦虑、抑郁评分差异。结果并发症发生率为2.9%;护理后焦虑自评表(SAS)、抑郁自评表(SDS)评分低于入院时(t_1=41.673;t_2=33.110,P<0.05)。结论对DN者血液透析期间有效护理,临床并发症少,患者心理状态良好,能良好配合临床治疗。

Objective To analyze the nursing experience of hemodialysis of patients with diabetic nephropathy thus providing reference for the late-stage nursing work.Methods35cases of DN patients in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were selected and all patients used the corresponding nursing according to the specific diseases,and the occurrence of complications during the nursing period was counted,and the anxiety and depression scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of complications was 2.9%,and the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those at admission(t1=41.673;t2=33.110,P<0.05.)Conclusion The effective nursing of DN patients during the hemodialysis period can have few clinical complications and make patients a good mental state,and it can promote the clinical treatment.
