神经外科介入治疗患者合并糖尿病的围术期护理

Perioperative Nursing of Interventional Therapy of Patients with Diabetes in the Department of Neurosurgery

目的探讨神经外科介入治疗合并糖尿病患者的围术期护理。方法将该院2017年5月—2018年7月间收治的80例脑血管疾病合并糖尿病患者纳入该次研究,随机分为对照组、研究组均40例。对照组患者常规进行临床护理,研究组在此基础上结合优质护理进行干预,将术后并发症发生率作为观察指标进行分析对比。结果研究组术后并发症发生率较对照组明显更低,分别为5.00%、17.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经外科介入治疗脑血管疾病合并糖尿病效果显著,围术期通过实施优质护理干预可有效减少术后并发症的发生,保障手术效果,全面提高护理质量与水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the perioperative nursing of interventional therapy of patients with diabetes in the department of neurosurgery.Methods 80 cases of patients with cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from May2017to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each,the control group used the routine clinical nursing,while the research group used the excellent nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,and the incidence rate of postoperative complications were used as the observation indicators for analysis and comparison.Results The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the study group was obviously lower than that in the control group(5.00%,17.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of interventional therapy of patients with diabetes in the department of neurosurgery is obvious,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,ensure the operative effect and comprehensively nursing quality and level,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
