自拟补肾活血方治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Self-made Bushen Huoxue Recipe in Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的分析讨论对早期糖尿病肾病患者使用自拟补肾活血方的具体效果和实际价值。方法选取该院2014年1月—2017年12月早期糖尿病肾病患者66例,根据入院先后将其均分为两组,每组33例,1组为对照组,使用百令胶囊治疗;2组为观察组,在上述服药基础下给予患者自拟补肾活血方。比较两组患者治疗前后尿微量白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量和总有效率。结果治疗前,两组患者UAER和24 h尿蛋白定量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组UAER和24 h尿蛋白定量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对早期糖尿病肾病患者使用自拟补肾活血方可有效减少尿蛋白,疗效显著,在临床可进行推广使用。

Objective To analyze and discuss the specific effect and practical value of self-made bushen huoxue recipe in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 66 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 33cases in each,the control group were treated with bailing capsules,while the observation group were treated with self-made bushen huoxue recipe,and the microalbuminuria,24h urinary protein quantitation and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no differences in the UAER and 24h urinary protein quantitation between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the UAER and 24h urinary protein quantitation in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made bushen huoxue recipe in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy can effectively reduce the urinary protein,and the curative effect is obvious,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
