摘要
从构建"订单式"国际化人才培养模式、"2+2"外语人才培养模式、"外语+专业+综合素质"三位一体的人才培养模式,对文化自信的外语人才服务"一带一路"的培养模式进行研究;从"综合考评""以人为本""分享共进""因材施教"四个方面,提出了评价外语人才的遵循原则;并对文化自信的外语人才服务"一带一路"的评价指标体系进行了构建。
This essay makes research into the talents cultivation modes of"customized training"international talents,"2+2"foreign language talents,"foreign language+major+comprehensive quality"trinity talents;Next it advocates for the principles of evaluating the foreign language talents from comprehensive examination,people oriented,share advance and individualized teaching;Lastly the paper discusses the con?struction of evaluation system for the One Belt and One Road international foreign language talents with cultural confidence.
