摘要
为有效治理风电行业叶片涂装有机挥发物排放问题,对以低密度、高排放量为主要特征的有机挥发物废气排放处理技术进行深入调查研究,设计了活性炭纤维吸附与低温催化燃烧集于一体的有机挥发物排放处理工艺。工程应用表明:该有机挥发物处理工艺吸附、净化效率高,运行可靠,具有较高的推广应用价值。
In order to effectively control the emission of organic volatile compounds(VOCs)from blade coating in wind power industry,the treatment technology of VOCs emission with low density and high emission was investigated.An organic volatile emission treatment process integrating activated carbon fiber adsorption and low temperature catalytic combustion technology was designed.Engineering application shows that the process has high adsorption and purification efficiency,reliable operation with great application value.
