辅导员是高校学生工作的中坚力量,在思想政治工作中发挥着重要作用。由于辅导员学历层次、专业水平差异的存在,时代变化又带来新的机遇与挑战,导致辅导员培训面临新的问题。因此,分析辅导员核心课程的现状特别是存在的不足,并对核心课程的再构建提出建设性意见显得尤为重要。

Counselors are the backbone of college student work and play an important role in ideological and political work.Due to the differences in the academic level and professional level of counselors,as well as the new opportunities and challenges brought by the changes of the times,the training of counselors is faced with new problems.Therefore,it is particularly important to analyze the current status,especially the existing shortcomings,of the core curriculum for counselors,so as to provide constructive comments on the reconstruction of the core curriculum.
