新时代高职院校思政课教师队伍建设问题与对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Construction of Teachers' Team for Ideological and Political Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

自我国开展"05方案"以来,我国各大高职院校的思政课教师的各项情况得到了较为良好的改善。但是随着社会的快速发展,我国各大高校的思政课教师队伍面临着新的困难的和挑战,例如:由于我国的思政课教师队伍的建设程度以及管理体制并没有完全地建立成功,导致我国的高校思政课教师受到内外环境的巨大影响和挑战,并且由于思政教师队伍的建设不够完善,导致思政课教师对于本身职业的认知不能够顺利地进行。为了使我国高校思想政治课教师队伍的建设能够可持续地发展,无论是教育部门还是高校的思政课教师都应该注重自身的发展以及教师队伍的建设,发现并解决教师队伍建设过程当中出现的问题。

Since the implementation of the"05 Program"in China,the situation of teachers for ideological and political courses in major higher vocational colleges has been improved.However,with the rapid development of society,teachers for ideological and political courses in major colleges are facing new difficulties and challenges.For example,due to the fact that the construction and management system of teachers'team for ideological and political courses has not been completely established,teachers for ideological and political education in colleges have been greatly influenced and challenged by the internal and external environment,and because the construction is not perfect,the teachers can not establish a correct outlook on their profession.In order to enable the sustainable development of teachers for ideological and political courses in China's colleges,both the education departments and the teachers should pay attention to their own development and the construction of teaching staff,so as to find and solve the problems that arise during the construction of teaching staff.
