摘要
进入21世纪,在北京大学、浙江大学的引领下,一大批高校再次试行本科生导师制。总体来说,我国目前本科生导师制的运行模式,如按学习时段划分,可分为全程导师制和年级导师制;如按导师工作任务划分,可分为科研导师制和思想政治教育导师制;如按培养对象划分,则有全员导师制和优秀学生导师制。为了全面拓展学院本科生的综合素质,积极引导学生参加实践活动,西安电子科技大学生命科学技术学院实施本科生导师制,选择具有较强的教学经验和科研能力、主持过国家级科研项目的教师担任本科生的导师,帮助本科生制定学业规划,吸纳学生参加导师的科研、学术和其他实践活动,对本科生进行系统的科研实践培训,提升学生的科研素养、创新能力。
In the new century,under the guidance of Peking University and Zhejiang University,a large number of colleges and universities try out the undergraduate tutorial system again.Generally speaking,the current operation mode of undergraduate tutorial system in China can be divided into full-time tutorial system and grade tutorial system according to the study period;scientific research tutorial system and ideological and political education tutorial system according to the work tasks of tutors;and full-time tutorial system and excellent student tutorial system according to the training object.In order to improve the comprehensive and creative ability of the undergraduate,undergraduate tutorial system is implemented in the School of Life Science and Technology,Xidian University.To raise students'comprehensive abilities,such as scientific quality,research ability and innovation?consciousness,teachers who have teaching experience,scientific research ability and chair many high-level research projects are hereby appointed as the tutors of the undergraduate,giving guidance on students'academic planning and scientific research.
