协同管理机制在高职院校教务管理中的应用

Application of Collaborative Management Mechanism in Educational Administration of Higher Vocational Colleges

协同管理机制有效应用在高职院校教务管理体系中的首要工作,就是必须承认沟通协调是解决问题的关键途径,必须摒弃以自我为中心的管理方式,而是立足于各部门和广大师生的教学需求出发,通过协同管理机制共同提升院校教务管理工作的整体效率。本文就我国当前高职院校教务管理存在的问题进行分析,分别从意识、职责、制度、人员、技术五方面阐述了如何应用协同管理机制,提高教务管理的效率和质量。

The primary task of the effective application of collaborative management mechanism in the educational management system of higher vocational colleges is that we must recognize that communication and coordination is the key way to solve problems.We must abandon the self-centered management method,and improve the overall efficiency of the educational administration of higher vocational colleges through collaborative management mechanism based on the teaching requirements of different departments and the majority of teachers and students.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current educational administration of higher vocational colleges in China,and elaborates how to apply the collaborative management mechanism from the five aspects of consciousness,responsibility,system,personnel and technology to improve the efficiency and quality of educational administration.
