就业导向下的高校公共英语教学改革探究

当前,随着经济全球化进程加快,日益频繁且密切的国际协作使得英语成为国际最通用语言之一,对英语人才的需求进一步扩大,对英语人才的专业要求也日益提高。本文主要通过论述高校公共英语教学现状及存在的问题、当前高校缺乏以就业为导向的公共英语教学的影响因素,对高校进行公共英语教学改革提出对应策略,从而提高学生英语学习质量、提高高校公共英语教学效率,确保应届毕业生的就业。

At present,with the acceleration of economic globalization,increasingly frequent and close international collaboration has made English one of the most versatile languages in the world.The demand for English talents has further expanded,and the professional requirements for English talents have also increased.This paper mainly discusses the status quo and problems of public English teaching in colleges and universities,the lack of employment-oriented public English teaching in colleges and universities,and puts forward corresponding strategies for the reform of public English teaching in colleges and universities,so as to improve the quality of English learning and improve the teaching efficiency of public English in colleges and universities,thus solving the employment problems of fresh graduates.
