摘要
精益生产方式下的班组管理主要是通过班组成员的全员参与、共同改善,从而达到整体生产提质增效、优化工艺、减少浪费的目的。现阶段,我国企业班组精益化管理仍处于发展初期,整体发展还不够成熟,部分企业至今存在着管理粗放的问题。论文以某公司为例,依据现代化精益管理理念,从人本建设、培训、管理方法创新等方面对精益化班组管理的推广应用进行了简单分析,以为精益化生产方式中班组管理的推广应用提供有效借鉴。
Under the lean production mode,the team management is carried out mainly through the participation of all the members of the team and the joint improvement,so as to achieve the goal of comprehensively improving the overall production quality and efficiency,optimizing the process,and reducing wastes.At the present stage,the lean management of teams in Chinese enterprises is still in the early stage of development,and the overall development is not mature enough,up to now,some enterprises still have the problem of extensive management.The paper takes a company as the example,according to the modern lean management concept,it analyzes the popularization and application of lean teams management from the aspects of the human-oriented construction,training and management method innovation and so on,so as to provide some reference for the popularization and application of teams management in lean production mode.
