摘要
核电工程项目的特点是高技术、投资大、建设工期长、管理接口多,在EPC总承包模式下实施后续CAP1000核电项目进度管理存在非常大的风险。论文主要介绍了海阳核电项目EPC总承包模式,分析了核电EPC项目总工期与影响进度的主要风险因素,阐述了核电项目EPC总承包进度风险的管理措施。
The characteristics of nuclear power project are high technology,large investment,long construction period and many management interfaces.Under the EPC general contracting mode,there is a great risk to implement the schedule management of the follow-up CAP1000nuclear power project.The paper mainly introduces the EPC general contracting mode of Haiyang nuclear power project,analyzes the total time limit for the nuclear EPC project and the risk factors affecting the schedule,expounds the management measures of schedule risks of EPC general contract for nuclear power project.
