摘要
针对食品专业工程认证要求,讨论了"对分课堂"对推进食品专业工程认证落实的价值,通过学习,学生在全面理解各类食品加工技术发展动态的基础上,能够熟悉食品学科及相关加工技术的发展概况,支撑专业学习成果中相应指标点的达成。《学科前沿与区域产业论坛》实际案例表明,"对分课堂"提高了学生学习的积极性和主动性,达到了标准中要求学生"具有自主学习和终身学习的意识,有不断学习和适应发展的能力"的目标。
In view the engineering accreditation requirements of food specialty,the paper discusses the value of"pad class"in promoting the implementation of the engineering accreditation of food specialty.Through learning,students can be familiar with the general situation of the development of food science and related processing technology on the basis of comprehensive understanding of the development trend of various food processing technology,which can support the achievement of corresponding index points in the learning achievement of the major.The actual case of"Discipline Frontier and Regional Industry Forum"shows that the"pad class"can improve students'enthusiasm and initiative in learning,and has reached the goal that students should"have the consciousness of autonomous learning and lifelong learning and the ability to learn and adapt to development"as required by the standard.
