"老虎"固然可怕,但是"苍蝇"也不容小视。"苍蝇式的微腐败"损害的是员工的切身利益,啃食的是群众获得感,挥霍的是基层群众对党的信任。在油田企业面临低油价的发展寒冬期,要以两学一做为抓手,将纪律和规律挺在前面,全面从严治党、聚焦监督执纪问责,着力解决在岗不作为、在职懒作为、工作乱作为的微腐败现象,积极营造风清气正的从业环境,不断推进和深化改革发展。

"Tiger"is terrible,but"fly"can not be underestimated."Fly-like micro-corruption"damages the immediate interests of employees,eats the people's sense of gain,and squanders the trust of the grassroots people in the party.In the cold winter of low oil prices for oil field enterprises,we need to take the learn two and do one as the first target,put discipline and laws in front of us,strictly govern the party and focus on supervision and accountability.We will work hard to solve the micro-corruption of inaction,lazy work and disorderly work,actively create a healthy and healthy working environment,and continue to deepen reform and development.
