摘要
随着"十三五"的到来,煤炭行业恰逢"四期并存"发展阶段,在深入分析不断变化的形势和公司自身实际的基础上,提出了基于精准营销的煤炭经营管理模式为导向应对新挑战的发展思路,并结合思路的落实,制定了一系列工作举措,为公司在新时期实现新发展指明了方向。
With the arrival of the"13th five-year plan",the coal industry coincides with the development stage of"four phases",on the basis of in-depth analysis of the changing situation and the actual situation of the company itself,this paper puts forward the development thinking of coal management mode based on precision marketing to meet the new challenge.Combining with the implementation of the thinking,a series of work measures are formulated,which point out the direction for the company to realize the new development in the new period.
