稳心颗粒治疗心律失常的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Wenxin Granules in Treatment of Arrhythmi

目的探讨稳心颗粒对于心律失常的临床治疗效果。方法便利选取2016年3月—2018年3月在该院进行治疗的心律失常患者共100例,分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予患者普罗帕酮进行治疗,观察组给予患者稳心颗粒进行治疗,对比两种药物的临床效果。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率为94%,对照组患者治疗的总有效率为80%,观察组的整体治疗效果要明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.632,P<0.05)。结论与普罗帕酮相比,稳心颗粒治疗心律失常的临床效果更加显著,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,可广泛地应用于临床治疗中。

Objective To study the clinical effect of wenxin granules in treatment of arrhythmi.Methods100cases of patients with arrhythmi treated in our hospital from March2016to March2018were convenient selected and divided into two groups,the control group were treated with propafenone,while the observation group were treated with wenxin granules,and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively94%and80%,and the holistic treatment effect in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group,and the difference was obvious,with statistical significance(χ^2=4.632,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of wenxin granules in treatment of arrhythmi compared with propafenone is more obvious,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,and it can be widely used in the clinical treatment.
