老年复杂性手指离断患者行显微修复术的围手术期护理分析

Analysis of Nursing During the Perioperative Period of Microrepair in Treatment of Senile Patients with Complex Finger Severing

目的观察分析老年复杂性手指离断患者行显微修复术的围手术期护理疗效。方法方便选取该院2017年3月—2018年3月收治的56例老年复杂性手指离断患者为该次研究对象,在征得患者家属以及患者本人同意的情况下按照围手术护理模式不同将所有患者分为实验组(28例患者给予围手术期综合护理)与对照组(28例给予围手术期一般护理),比较两组患者疗效。结果实验组总有效率为91.2%,二次手术率为8.8%,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.975、5.206,P<0.05)。实验组患者术后血管危象发生率为7.4%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.016,P<0.05)。实验组患者术后6、12、24周断指再植功能评估得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.621、7.625、2.626,P<0.05)。结论对于老年复杂性手指离断患者给予显微修复术以及围手术期综合护理可有效促进患者患指术后功能恢复,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the nursing during the perioperative period of microrepair in treatment of senile patients with complex finger severing.Methods56cases of senile patients with complex finger severing admitted and treated in our hospital from March2017to March2018were convenient selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into two groups with the consent of patients and their family,including28cases in the experimental group used the comprehensive nursing during the perioperative period,and28cases in the control group used the general nursing during the perioperative period,and the curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group and the second operative rate in the experimental group were respectively91.2%and8.8%,which were better than those in the control group,the different was stutistically significant(χ^2=5.975,5.206,P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative vascular crisis in the experimental group was7.4%,lower than that in the control group,the different was stutistically significant(χ^2=5.016,P<0.05),and the functional evaluation score of replantation of severed fingers in the postoperative6,12and24months were higher than those in the control group,the different was stutistically significant(t=6.621,7.625,2.626,P<0.05).Conclusion The microrepair and comprehensive nursing during the perioperative period of senile patients with complex finger severing can effectively promote the recovery of postoperative function,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
