急性脑卒中患者优质急诊护理应用

Application of Excellent Emergency Nursing of Patients with Emergency Stroke

目的对于在急性脑卒患者治疗中应用急诊护理的效果进行探讨。方法方便选取2014年2月—2016年2月该院收治的急性脑卒中患者129例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用一般急诊护理;观察组采用优质急诊护理。从死亡率、致残率、接诊至确诊、确诊至治疗时间以及护理前后神经功能缺损评分等方面对两组患者进行对比分析。结果观察组患者在死亡率、致残率分别为0例(0.0%)、1例(1.4%),对照组患者死亡率及致残率为2例(3.5%)、8例(14.0%),以此表示观察组患者的死亡率、致残率方面明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.625,P<0.05);观察组接诊至确诊、确诊至治疗时间的分别为(15.2±2.1)、(18.2±2.2)min,对照组患者接诊至确诊、确诊至治疗时间的分别为(35.2±3.2)、(58.2±3.1)min,以此表示观察组患者接诊至确诊、确诊至治疗时间明显比对照组短(t=8.265,P<0.05);观察组护理后在神经功能缺损评分为(43.8±4.7)分,对照组患者神经功能缺损评分为(51.3±4.9)分,观察组与对照组相比,降低幅度更加明显,差异有统计学意义(t=7.825,P<0.05)。结论对急性脑卒中患者应用优质急诊护理干预能够有效改善患者神经功能,同时降低致残率与死亡率,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of excellent emergency nursing of patients with emergency stroke.Methods129cases of patients with acute stroke admitted and treated in our hospital from February2014to February2016were convenient selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,the control group used the general emergency nursing,while the observation group used the excellent emergency nursing,and the morbidity,disability rate,treatment time and nerve function defect score before and after nursing were compared and analyzed.Results The morbidity and disability rate in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group,[0case(0.0%),1case(1.4%)vs2case(3.5%),8case(14.0%)],(χ^2=5.625,P<0.05),and the time from visit to confirmation and time from confirmation to treatment in the observation group and in the control group were respectively(15.2±2.1),(18.2±2.2)min and(35.2±3.2),(58.2±3.1)min,and the indexes in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(t=8.265,P<0.05);after nursing,the nerve function defect score in the observation group and in the control group was respectively(43.8±4.7)points and(51.3±4.9)points,and the decreasing range in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(t=7.825,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of excellent emergency nursing intervention in patients with acute stroke can effectively improve the nerve function and decrease the disability and morbidity,and it is of higher clinical application value.
