红腾汤灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床有效性

Clinical Effectiveness of Hongteng Decoction Enema in Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探析慢性盆腔炎采用红腾汤灌肠治疗的临床疗效。方法在2015年9月—2018年5月期间收治的慢性盆腔炎患者中随机选择144例为研究对象,并依据治疗方法差异分为观察组(80例)与参照组(64例),参照组采用常规西药治疗方案,观察组同时加用中药灌肠治疗,将两组的临床治疗效果实施对比分析。结果观察组治疗后的炎性包块直径为(1.26±0.73)cm,盆腔积液为(0.22±0.05)mL,疼痛评分为(1.63±0.56)分明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.476、29.469、11.084,P<0.05),且观察组用药不良反应发生率为6.25%低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.307,P=0.038);观察组治疗后的血沉(10.05±5.72)mm/H、高切(4.45±1.06)mpa.s及低切全血粘度(6.97±2.46)mpa.s均低于参照组,观察组的红细胞压积(47.89±3.46)%高于参照组,比较差异有统计学意义(t=9.025、7.297、3.877、4.806,P<0.05)。结论对慢性盆腔炎患者采用红腾汤灌肠治疗可有效改善患者的临床症状,并且用药安全性高,极具推广应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of hongteng decoction Enema in Treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods144cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted and treated in our hospital from September2015to May2018were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,the control group with64cases used the routine western medicine plan,while the observation group with80cases used the TCM enema therapy,and the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the diameter of inflammatory mass(1.26±0.73)cm,pelvic cavity accumulates liquid(0.22±0.05)mL and pain score(1.63±0.56)points in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=14.476,29.469,11.084,P<0.05),and the incidence rate of medication adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,which was6.25%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.307,P=0.038);and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate(10.05±5.72)mm/H,high cut(4.45±1.06)mpa.s and low cut whole blood viscosity(6.97±2.46)mpa.s in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the hematocrit(47.89±3.46)%in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.025,7.297,3.877,4.806,P<0.05).Conclusion The hongteng decoction Enema in Treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can effectively improve the clinical symptoms with high medication safety,and it is of promotion and application value.
