可移动式直升机停机坪方案设计及瞬态分析 被引量:1

摘要 提出了3种可移动式直升机停机坪设计方案,经分析、对比确定可移动式直升机停机坪侧支腿为液压支腿的方案为可行方案。对该方案进行合理简化,建立其有限元模型,对直升机降落过程中不同工况下的停机坪受力进行静力分析,并对不同工况下的静力计算结果进行分析、对比;分别以冲击工况和直升机系留工况下的载荷对模型加载,进行了可移动式直升机停机坪的瞬态动力学分析。静力分析和瞬态动力学分析结果显示,停机坪的最大应力、应变均小于相应材料的许用应力和结构许用挠度。 In view of the demand of movable helipad,three kinds of schemes are drawn up.3D modeling of the schemes is worked out and a feasible scheme is determined for the schemes analysis and comparison.The finite element model is obtained by simplified the feasible scheme.The static analysis under the load conditions may occur during the helicopter land process.The results of the static analysis according to load conditions are compared to determine the worst load conditions of the mobile helipads.The transient dynamic analysis of the movable helipad is completed at the taking-off and landing condition.The maximum stress and strain of static analysis and transient dynamic analysis are less than the allowable stress of the corresponding material and structural allowable deflection.This has certain reference significance for engineering practice.
