摘要
文章对安阳钢铁股份公司100t超高功率电弧炉改造复产后,第一个炉役的炉衬耐材侵蚀情况进行了解剖分析,结合前期砌筑、冶炼操作工艺和"热态"下的喷补护炉情况,分析侵蚀机理,提出系列改进措施,提高了后续炉役使用寿命,降低了吨钢耐材成本,达到预期使用效果。
Anatomical analysis of the corrosion of the first refractory lining of the100t ultra-high power electric arc furnace after the re-production in Anyang Iron and Steel Stock Co.,Ltd.was carried out.Combining with the pre-masonry,smelting operation process and the situation of gunning furnace under“hot state”,analyze the erosion mechanism,put forward a series of improvement measures to improve the service life of follow-up furnace and reduce the cost of per ton steel materials.It has achieved the expected effect.
