220kV交叉端撑变电构架设计分析及节点优化选型 被引量:2

摘要 在城市用地日益紧张的条件下,为了提高土地利用效率,提出了将端撑两端布置改进为交叉布置于构架中部的变电构架。文章通过有限元软件对交叉端撑变电构架整体模型和交叉端撑节点进行力学分析计算,结果表明:构架柱、构架梁、交叉端撑、地线柱、避雷针的应力比、挠度值均符合规范要求;C型插板、U型插板、十字型插板和相贯连接四种形式的交叉端撑节点,均满足强度设计要求且具备较好的应力储备;交叉端撑变电构架传力可靠且占地面积小,值得在工程中推广应用。 With the scarcity of land,a new type of substation framework was proposed in order to increase the utilization of land.The new substation framework and four different types of connections were effectively simulated by FEA,The results indicate that the strength and stiffness of the framework were satisfied with the requirements of codes,four types of connections were able to transfer load with much capacity reserve,the new substation framework was safe,reliable and space save,which deserves to be generalized.
