摘要
基于单片机控制智能玉米播种机采用步进电机驱动排种器,克服了现有机械式玉米播种机在作业速度较高情况下漏播率较高以及播种过程不能及时监控的弊端,增加了及时补籽功能,可以实时监控播种过程,及时了解玉米株距、漏种和缺种信息,并实现实时报警。该设备省工、省时和省种,给农民能够带来极大地收益,实现农业播种作业的智能化。
Intelligent maize drill controlled by single Chip Microcomputer uses stepper motor to drive seed metering device,which overcomes the disadvantages of the existing mechanical maize seeder with high leakage rate and unable to monitor the sowing process in time under the condition of high working speed,and increases the function of filling seeds in time,The process of sowing can be monitored,the information of maize plant spacing,seed leakage and lack of seed can be understood in time,and the real-time alarm can be realized.and the time and seed can be saved,which can bring great benefits to farmers and realize the intelligence of agricultural seeding operation.The equipment can save labor,time and seed,which can bring farmers a great benefit and realize the intelligence of agricultural seeding operation.
