摘要
柚鲜花香气浓郁,具有较高的开发利用价值,但目前尚缺乏对不同品种蜜柚鲜花挥发物组成成分的研究。本试验通过固相微萃取/气相色谱-质谱(SPME/GC-MS)联用技术对4个蜜柚品种的鲜花挥发物组分进行测定。获得的结果显示,‘琯溪蜜柚’、‘红绵蜜柚’、‘红肉蜜柚’、‘黄金蜜柚’花中主要挥发物成分均为3-蒈烯,相对含量分别为71.15%、69.56%、81.62%、55.35%,其余多数挥发物组成成分及含量存在明显差别。4个蜜柚品种花中多数挥发物组成成分与其他茶用花及花茶存在明显差异,但4个蜜柚品种花中均含有茉莉花茶的特有香气成分邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯,‘黄金蜜柚’花中该物质相对含量最高,达到9.94%。
Flowers of pummelo smell sweet,and with the high exploitation and utilization value.Due to the lack of identification of flower volatiles in different pummelo cultivars,the volatile matters in flower of four pummelo cultivars(‘Guanximiyou’,‘Hongmianmiyou’,‘Hongroumiyou’and‘Huangjinmiyou’)are determinated by SPME combined with GC-MS.The investigation indicates the common major volatile constituents in flower of‘Guanximiyou’,‘Hongmianmiyou’,‘Hongroumiyou’and‘Huangjinmiyou’are3-Carene,theirs relative contents are71.15%,69.56%,81.62%and55.35%,respectively.Most of the rest of volatile matters and contents in flower of the four pummelo cultivars are differerent.Furthermore,most of the volatile matters in flower of the four pummelo cultivars are different with the other kinds of flower for tea and scented tea.Benzoic acid,2-amino-,methyl ester are the common volatile compositions in flower of the four pummelo cultivars,and the relative content in flower of‘Huangjinmiyou’is the most(relative content is9.94%).
