梅州地区柑橘黄龙病的PCR快速检测

Rapid PCR Detection of Citrus Huanglongbing in Meizhou City

近年来广东省梅州市部分柑橘出现柑橘果实着色异常、果小、畸形、叶片黄化、变小,甚至出现柑橘致死等柑橘黄龙病疑似症状,本文应用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)技术对梅州市8个柑橘种植区的黄龙病疑似植株进行了检测,结果发现4个柑橘种植区存在柑橘黄龙病。同时为梅州地区柑橘黄龙病的早期诊断和寄主体内病原菌的动态监测提供1种更稳定、更可靠的检验检疫技术,并通过该技术对梅州地区柑橘黄龙病发生情况进行了初步了解。

In recent years there are some suspected symptoms of citrus Huanglongbing such as abnormal coloring of fruit,small and irregular fruit,leaf yellowing and lessening and even death in Meizhou City.In this paper,suspected plants at eight planting areas in Meizhou City were detected by PCR.The results showed that four planting areas were infected by citrus Huanglongbing.We established a more stable and reliable detection and quarantine technique for early diagnosis of citrus Huanglongbing and dynamic monitoring of host pathogen.By this technique,we could identify the status of citrus Huanglongbing occurrence in Meizhou City.
