文学翻译中的译者主体性探析——以翻译家孔保尔为例

An Analysis of a Translator's Subjectivity in Literary Translation:Taking Kong Bao'er,a Translator,as an Example

译者主体性因素分为译者的个体性主体因素和社会性主体因素。前者包括译者自身能力的素质与态度,后者包括赞助人、诗学形态、话语权力等制约译者的因素。我国业余翻译家孔保尔的翻译成果硕硕,却仍然保持着"沉默"。本文拟结合译者主体性的内涵,从译者的个体性主体性发挥和社会性主体性发挥的视角,探讨孔先生的双语语言文化能力和主体意识,并分析他对文化因素及语言的处理策略,以期从中把握孔先生的译者主体性的完整意义。

The factors of a translator’s subjectivity is divided into those of the translator’s individual subjectivity and social subjectivity.The former includes the quality of the translator’s own ability and his attitude,while the latter includes such factors as his patronage,his poetic form and his discourse,which have restricted the translator.Kong Bao’er,an amateur translator in our country,has achieved a lot in translation,but he still remains“silent”.Basing on the connotation of a translator’s subjectivity,this paper discusses Mr.Kong’s bilingual language and cultural ability and his subjective consciousness from the perspective of the translator’s individual subjectivity and social subjectivity,and analyzes his handling strategies for cultural factors and languages in order to grasp the full meaning of Mr.Kong’s translator’s subjectivity.
