基于职业岗位的听说技能培养教学模式研究——以酒店职业英语为例

摘要 由于国家给予海南一系列支持其对外开放和发展的优惠政策,目前和未来海南对外语的需求,特别是对听说能力的要求越来越广泛,越来越迫切。然而,在高职英语教学中,学生不愿说、听不懂仍是培养学生听说能力的难点,也是最令教师头痛和影响其上课积极性的因素。本文中,作者提出了基于职业岗位的听说技能训练(SLSTBPP)教学模式设计实例,分析和讨论了在职业英语听说教学中"非职业性"的现象及原因,针对性地提出了新观点和认识,揭示了这一教学模式好教易学之道,并对此进行了展望。 Since Hainan has been given a series of preferential policies to support its opening up and development,Hainan's demand for foreign languages,especially listening and speaking ability,is becoming more and more extensive and urgent.However,students'reluctance to speak and their poor listening comprehension is still a big challenge to cultivate their listening and speaking abilities in higher professional English teaching.That situation is also a big headache for teachers and the main factor affecting their motivation in class.In this paper,the author puts forward examples of teaching model of speaking and listening skills training based on the professional post(SLSTBPP),analyzes and discusses the phenomenon and causes of“nonprofessional”in listening and speaking teaching in workplace English,puts forward new viewpoints and understandings,reveals the why of easier teaching and learning with this teaching model,and makes a prospect of it.
