摘要
食品检测直接关系到食品安全,为了保障食品安全和健康,需要对食品进行科学检测。要有效保证食品检测结果的准确与可靠,就要加强食品检测实验室的质量控制与管理。目前食品检测实验室在进行质量控制和管理过程中存在一系列问题,难以充分确保食品检测结果的准确性。本文分析了食品检测实验室质量控制与管理的现存问题,并提出加强控制与管理的措施,促使食品检测结果更加真实、可靠。
Food testing is directly related to food safety,in order to ensure food safety and health,the need for scientific testing of food.In order to effectively ensure the accuracy and reliability of food testing results,it is necessary to strengthen the quality control and management of food testing laboratories.At present,there are a series of problems in the quality control and management of food testing laboratories,which make it difficult to fully ensure the accuracy of food testing results.Based on this,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the quality control and management of food testing laboratories,and puts forward measures to strengthen the control and management,so as to make the food testing results more authentic and reliable.
