我国食品安全追溯制度的现状及完善措施

On the Present Situation and Improvement Measures of Food Safety Traceability System in China

食品安全问题是我国极重视的一个问题,近年来我国发生了很多有关食品安全问题的事件,有关部门对食品安全方面的法律法规也进行了完善,本文先叙述了食品安全追溯制度的现状及食品安全追溯制度的重要性,再对我国现行食品安全追溯制度的缺陷进行分析,最后对食品安全追溯制度给出一些改进的建议。

Food safety is a problem that our country attaches great importance.In recent years,a lot of food safety problems have occurred in China.So we have to improve food safety laws and regulations.Therefore,this article first describes the current situation of food safety traceability system and the importance of food safety traceability system.Then,the defects of the current food safety traceability system in China are analyzed.Finally,some suggestions for improving food safety traceability system are given.
