摘要
采用高效液相色谱法对鸡蛋中的氟喹诺酮类药物残留进行检测,质控样品随实验同时进行。统计检测结果,三地市售鸡蛋均无氟喹诺酮类药物残留检出,可以放心食用。
the residues of fluoroquinolones in eggs were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The quality control samples were tested simultaneously.Statistical analysis of the results of the test,involving three cities,the sale of eggs are no fluoroquinolones residues detected,in line with national standards,can be assured of food.
