摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定饮料中乙酰磺胺酸钾含量不确定度评定的数学模型,通过对实验全过程的分析,确定了测定结果不确定度的来源,对各不确定度分量进行了系统分析。结果表明:当乙酰磺胺酸钾含量为216.598 mg·kg^(-1)时,不确定度为9.530 mg·kg^(-1)(k=2)。
The sources of uncertainty in HPLC determination acesulfame Potassium in drink were fully analyzed according to the calculation formula of acesulfame Potassium.The estsblishment of a mathematical model of uncertainty,system analysis of all componments of uncertainty.When the acesulfame Potassium content of216.598mg·kg^-1,the degree uncertainty as9.530mg·kg^-1(k=2).
