摘要
本文主要介绍了黄豆油浸金枪鱼罐头加工工艺流程中原料验收、解冻、清洗、蒸鱼脱水、金属探测、装灌、辅料验收、配注调味液(管道输送)、抽真空密封等生产技术要点。
This paper mainly introduces the technological process on the production of canned tuna immersed by soybean oil.The main points in this technological process such as raw-material acceptance,thawing,cleaning,dehydration by steaming fishes,metal detection,filling can,excipient acceptance,matching seasoning liquid(pipeline transportation),and vacuum pumping are also introduced.
