基于离散元理论的烘干设备内粮食流动性实验研究

摘要 本文介绍了目前粮食烘干设备的研究现状,引入了一种新的理论设计方法。基于离散元理论对烘干设备关键部件内物料流动进行了数值模拟仿真,分析了粮食物料在烘干设备内的停留时间及流动状态,同时进行了实验对比验证,证明了离散元理论应用于烘干设备设计的可行性,对烘干设备产品质量提升具有重要意义。 This article introduces the current research status of grain drying equipment and a new theoretical design method.Simulates the grains flow in drying equipment based on DEM.Analysis the grain material in the drying equipment of retention time and flow state,and carries on the experimental verification.Proves that the discrete element theory is applied to the feasibility of drying equipment design.It is great significance for drying equipment product quality improvement.
