新媒体下高校辅导员思想教育工作探究

College Instructors' Moral Education in the New Media Context

文章分析了新媒体对大学生的积极影响和消极影响,探讨了新媒体下高校辅导员在自身思想、工作方式、与同行共商对策渠道、对学生的思想监督以及引导方式等思想教育工作方面的一些转变,提出了新媒体下可以通过增加沟通渠道的多元性、扩大观点碰撞的宽容性、提高上传下达的敏感性、完善思想监测的全面性等路径来提高高校辅导员思想教育工作质量。

The influence of new media on college students,positive and negative,is analyzed to discuss college instructors’change in terms of their own opinions,working methods,and the content of moral education.It is proposed that it may improve the working quality to work out the multiple communication channels,improve the tolerance to conflicting ideas,promote the sensitivity of communication,and complete the ideological supervision.
