To scientifically understand and correctly handle the principal social contradiction in different historical times is the basic ideological and working method of the Communist Party of China.Upon entering the New Era of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,Xi Jinping suggests that the main contradiction in our society is the contradiction between imbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life,which objectively reflects the new change of the main social contradiction in our country.The people’s ever-growing needs for a better life is their natural demand with the economic and social development,and has an objective necessity.People’s satisfaction with the needs of a better life restricted by imbalanced and inadequate development has become the main aspect of the contradiction in New Era.In order to accurately grasp the main aspects of the principal social contradiction in New Era,we need to balance the overall layout of the five-sphere integrated plan,coordinated growth of the four-pronged comprehensives strategy layout,comprehensively carry out the new development concept and insists on implementing the peoplecentered development thinking.Through a more balanced and fuller development we can constantly meet the needs of the people for a better life,gradually dissolve until finally solve the social main contradiction of New Era,and promote the healthy development of the economy and the overall progress of the society.
