认知可塑性研究新进展——来自音乐训练的证据

摘要 基于横断面研究和历时研究两个维度进行文献梳理,阐述了音乐训练与认知控制的关系,同时,通过大量国内外实验与研究的结果,深入探讨了音乐经历与音乐训练对个体的认知控制能力带来的积极影响,认为进一步探究音乐训练和认知控制能力,对个体和社会具有深远影响。 Based on cross-sectional research and diachronic research,the literature is reviewed,and the relationship between music training and cognitive control is expounded.At the same time,through a large number of domestic and foreign experiments and research results,the positive impact of music experience and music training on individual cognitive control ability is discussed in depth.It is believed that further research into this field will have a profound significance to the individuals as well as the whole society.
