基于新常态的成人高等学历教育发展策略思考

Reflections on Development Strategy of Adult Higher Education for Academic Qualifications Based on the New Normal

为认识新常态、适应新常态,最终引领成人高等学历教育发展的新常态,文章针对成人高等学历教育发展所面临的问题,提出了实施函授教育、业余教育与网络教育的三教融合方式,采用混合培养教学模式,实施搭建在线教育云平台、改革招生制度、优化师资队伍、实行学分制和弹性学制、开设实用性专业课程、改革考试模式等发展策略,以期促进成人高等学历教育的发展。

For understanding,adapting to,and eventually leading the new normal of the development of adult higher education for academic qualifications,and aiming at the problems in the development of adult higher education for academic qualifications,the integration of the correspondence education,sparetime education and network education is proposed.The blended teaching mode is adopted,and some development strategies in this respect are put forward,namely setting up online education cloud platform,reforming the enrollment system,strengthening the teaching staff construction,implementing the credit system and the flexible educational system,offering practical professional courses,reforming the examination model and so on.
