义务教育学校内涵发展是一种在外延发展基础上,注重内在本质和内生力量的发展,是有质量、有效益、有特色的发展。义务教育学校内涵发展,是解决教育发展不平衡不充分问题,满足人民日益增长的享受更公平更高质量教育愿望的需要,也是增强学校育人功能、促进社会和谐发展的需要,更是建设"未来学校"、加快实现教育现代化的需要。促进义务教育学校内涵发展,必须在"内"字上下功夫,也就是:校长要成为内行,引领学校内涵发展;教师要修炼内功,推动学校内涵发展;教学要丰富内容,催生学校内涵发展;校园要扩充内存,支撑学校内涵发展。
