以2,3-二氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶为原料进行氨化反应,通过加入能在氨水相和吡啶油相间起到传递作用的水溶性助剂,在较温和的反应条件下,高产率得到所需要的中间体2-氨基-3-氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶。

Ammoniation was carried out with2,3-dichloro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine as raw material.The intermediate2-amino-3-chloro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine was obtained in high yield under mild reaction conditions by addingwater-soluble additives which could transfer between ammonia aqueous phase and pyridine oil phase.
