湿法消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定冬虫夏草产区土壤铅、砷、铬、镉、铜含量 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究冬虫夏草产区土壤铅、砷、铬、镉、铜含量,对冬虫夏草产区土壤进行评价。方法:采用湿法消解土壤,ICP-MS法测定冬虫夏草产区土壤铅、砷、铬、镉、铜的含量,根据《土壤环境质量标准》对冬虫夏草产区土壤进行评价。结果:冬虫夏草产区土壤砷含量为7. 60~20. 60 mg/kg,铅含量为18. 16~28. 44 mg/kg,铬含量为20. 15~66. 31 mg/kg,铜含量为22. 35~35. 23 mg/kg,镉含量为0. 06~1. 48 mg/kg,该方法精密度良好,准确度高,适合土壤铅、砷、铬、镉、铜的含量测定。结论:冬虫夏草产区土壤基本符合土壤环境第二级标准,对植物和环境安全。 Objective:To study the contents of lead,arsenic,chromium,cadmium,and copper in Cordyceps sinensis region and evaluate the soil of Cordyceps sinensis region.Methods:Soil was digested by wet digestion.The content of lead,arsenic,chromium,cadmium and copper in the soil of region was determined by ICPMS.The soil of Cordyceps sinensis region was evaluated according to the Soil Environmental Quality Standard.Results:Content of arsenic in Cordyceps sinensis soil was 7.60~20.60 mg/kg,lead con tent was 18.16~28.44 mg/kg,chromium content was 20.15~66.31 mg/kg,copper content was 22.3~35.23 mg/kg,and cadmi um content was 0.06~1.48 mg/kg,this method has good precision,high accuracy and is suitable for the determination of lead,ar senic,chromium,cadmium and copper in soil.Conclusion:Soil of Cordyceps sinensis production area basically conforms to the sec ond level standard of soil environment,and the soil quality basically does not cause harm and pollution to the plant and the environ ment.
