抑郁症中医证候要素辨病辨证量表的研究及优化

Study and Optimization on Scale of Disease and Syndrome Differentiation of Depression by Traditonal Chinese Medicine Syndrome Factors

目的:建立较成熟的以肾阳不足作为共性病机的抑郁症中医证候要素辨病辨证量表。方法:采用文献研究与专家经验相结合,制定初步量表,进行临床小样本试验,收集反馈信息,通过统计学分析,以进行验证及优化。结果:形成由中医辨病、阳虚、气虚、气滞、血虚、血瘀、痰湿、火热、阴虚所构成的初步量表,并证实其具有较好的信效度,同时进行优化。结论:抑郁症中医证候要素辨病辨证量表可用于抑郁症中医病、证的临床诊断,是对抑郁症辨病辩证规范化的有益探索。

Objective:To establish a more mature scale of disease and syndrome differentiation of Traditonal Chinese Medicine syndrome factors of depression with Kidney-Yang deficiency as common pathogenesis.Methods:The preliminary scale was formulated by adopting the method of combining literature research and expert experience,collected the feedback information by performing small sample clinical trial,as well as was verified and optimized by statistical analysis.Results:The preliminary scale consisting Traditonal Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,Qi stagnation,Blood deficiency,Blood stasis,Phlegm Dampness,Fire Heat,and Yin deficiency was formed,it was proved that the reliability and validity of the preliminary scale were better,and was optimized synchronously.Conclusions:The scale of disease and syndrome differentiation of traditonal Chinese medicine syndrome factors of depression is available for the clinical diagnosis of traditonal Chinese medicine disease and syndrome of depression,which makes useful efforts in exploring the standardization of disease and syndrome differentiation of depression.
