“内藏外应”指导下的五诊思路探析

《灵枢·本脏》云"视其外应,以知内藏,知其所病",内藏病体显应于外部征象,通过外应征象可以正确把握内藏之病体的发生发展全过程。传统四诊诊察所得信息与西医各种临床检测指标皆为疾病外应征象,可以通过收集详尽的外应信息,准确把握内在疾病的发生发展全过程,从而对病体的本质具有更加详尽的认识。本文从对"内藏外应"的理解与分析入手,对"临床检测指标"作为"第五诊"的可能性、必要性及方法与路径等设想进行探究与剖析,希望能够为临床中西医病证结合拓展思路并探索新的道路方向。

Ling Shu Miraculous Pivot said,“See its external response,to know its internal hiding,know its disease”.The appearance of internal organs should be based on external signs,and the whole process of occurrence and development of internal organs can be correctly grasped by external signs.The information obtained from the traditional four diagnostic methods and various clinical indicators of western medicine are all extrinsic signs of diseases.By collecting detailed external information,the whole process of the occurrence and development of internal diseases can be accurately grasped,so as to have a more detailed understanding of the nature of diseases.Starting from the understanding and analysis of“internal and external response”,this paper explores and analyzes the possibility,necessity,methods and approaches of“clinical test index”as the“fifth diagnosis”,in the hope of expanding ideas and exploring new road directions for the combination of clinical TCM and western medicine.
